From multinational corporations to sole proprietorships
In these last 14 years I have worked primarily with manufacturers of special machinery, where the demand comes from many different sectors. That is an advantage because give the opportunity to meet more industrial applications and therefore use of a wide range of technologies.
Northern Spain was mainly where I developed my main projects. In this region, namely the Basque Country, Navarre, Aragon and Catalonia there is concentrated much of the industrial activity of the country. In Navarra for example, there is a factory of a famous German automotive group, and around all the automotive parts suppliers.
Eventually I made some important projects in Mexico and since 2012 I am based in Germany.
main Activities
Choice of technology, pre-design, presentation of solutions, Finite element method calculations, detail engineering, assembly drawings, bills of materials, construction plans, collaboration with the electical, manufacturing, assembly and purchasing departments, that are the activities in this field what I have done.
At that time, I worked for companies of different sizes, from a transnational group to the individual entrepreneur. For that reason, I was involved in many activities outside of the design, for example, preparation and giving of robotics training, programming of industrial robots, or installation and overhaul of my machines.
Examples of applications
Machines and devices to handle all kinds of objects, from small and fragile glass parts to wind turbine blades up to 40 meters long; handling of parts from high degree of accuracy and tight tolerances, to those parts which their operating cycles are in tenths of a second.
Cells for stamping process, robotic welding stations with leading-edge technology, stations for automatic assembly, test facilities, measurement and control stations, Product packaging facilities, extruders in continuous processes...
